Everything we stock is thoroughly researched for their benefits and quality before we put it online, and new products are coming along all the time.  If there is a product out there you think we should be stocking please email us.  After all, customer feedback is everything.

Healthy Treats
We strongly believe that the adage ‘you are what you eat’ should also apply to our pets.  With that in mind, many of the products at My Itchy Dog are made using free range, human grade ingredients but all are made using recognisable ingredients you might find in your kitchen cupboards.

All our treats are hypoallergenic.  None of our treats contain artificial colours, flavours or preservatives, EC permitted additives, animal and meat derivatives, derivatives of vegetable origin or any other unidentifiable ingredients.

We do not sell products containing substances that could be considered dangerous, carcinogenic, unhealthy, or harmful to the environment.

Remedies and Supplements
We source products from suppliers who share our views and policies on product standards and animal welfare.

While we will always say you should take your dog or cat to the vet first and foremost, at My Itchy Dog we offer a range of high quality licensed herbal medicines, dietary supplements and homeopathic remedies to pet owners who wish to treat their pet’s problems naturally.  

Dog and cat supplements are a very cost effective way of maintaining the long term health of your pet.

Natural medicines and supplements can be used to help over 50 common problems that dogs and cats can suffer from: allergies, skin problems, stiffness, digestive issues and anxiety, are just a few.

Animal Testing

All our products are only tested on our willing pets and those of our friends and family.

Environmental Policy

At My Itchy Dog we take the environment seriously. All our poop bags and clean up products are biodegradable and compostable.  Some are organic, none are harmful to the environment.

We aim to reduce waste and conserve resources wherever we can.  We reuse boxes and packaging and only buy environmentally friendly packing materials. All of the packaging we send out is recyclable.

I purchased some ekoneem from you on your recommendation and it has been fantastic! Stanley, my lab, has had a problem with a skin infection on his paw and I had not been able to find anything I could use on his paw that him, or my other dog, did not lick off. The Ekoneem has been great in treating the infection and stopping the dogs from licking the area. Thanks for the great product and the first class customer service and advice.
